What’s Happening to the Share Price of Eureka Group Holdings?

What Does Eureka Group Do?

This is a follow up, to a posting I made on April 10. Eureka Group Holdings [ASX:EGH] is a property asset manager of senior independent living communities across Australia.

But they’re making a transition from just managing villages to making freehold village acquisitions. This now makes them a long term real estate player.
Is it a good strategy? What is the chart telling you?

What does the chart look like?

I always find it helpful to bring up a chart. Here’s the weekly chart of Eureka Group.

This stock is thin on the daily chart, and so requires risk management. The trend looks to be up.

What now for Eureka Group Shares?

The company has recently raised more capital for more freehold acquisitions. Their business model appears to be satisfactory.

Knowing the 18 year real estate clock as you do, you know where the company is placed.

If by chance you are unaware of the 18 year real estate cycle, then do go here. You really are at a substantial investment disadvantage until you come to this understanding.
