Are WOW shares a buy?

It depends if you are looking to buy bargains in the market or not.

It just doesn’t seem to occur too many — that they might perhaps be better off — to go looking for stocks getting more expensive.

Most people, it seems, treat the share market like a super market: they are continually looking for bargains. That perhaps is not the fast track to share market profits. You can get more insights on that here.
